Brandon Flowers from The Killers married his long-time girlfriend Tana Munblowsky is a small, private ceremony in Hawaii.
The wedding was kept quiet from the press and only a handful of family, friends and bandmates attended the service.
The Killer album Hot Fuss has been accredited double platinum in the USA for sales over two million units. The band was taking a short break from touring and holidaying in Hawaii.
They recommence touring tonight in Minnesota.


Okay. I may as well give up on life. The most BEAUTIFUL man EVER just got married. IN HAWAII. Now that he is no longer available even in the most remotest way I'll just have to cry myself to sleep EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! *Sigh* My life is over..

My Harry Potter Self

So, I take some quizzes to find out about my Harry Potter self. Funny stuff let me tell ya. It turns out if I went to Hogwarts I'd be in Slytherin AND, if I were a character at Hogwarts I'd totally be Draco Malfoy... Hm. I'm so cold. Describe me well enough? I've even told myself that if I did go to Hogwarts, I'd totally wanna be friends with Draco. But... at the same time... I think Harry is pretty cool... I'd wanna be friends with him too, you know? Oh, well. It's a good thing I'm not going to Hogwarts, I guess.. lol

So done with that and me being a cold-hearted person.. I have bruises, quite literally everywhere.

The end of summer as I know it.

Well, Band camp HAS started. The thing is, this year... The percussion section is gonna kick major ass. We totally have a person that will actually be working with us and helping us! I mean, it won't be any of that "figure it out yourself" nonsense! Now, this is serious business! We also have new cadences that pretty much ROCK! Like, rather than people complaining about how horrible our cadence is and how much we suck at it. We actually have people ASKING us to play it! INSANE, I know.. I mean, just ask anybody in band. We aren't all band geeks. In fact, I don't think any of us are. Maybe Nate, but who's saying that's a bad thing? Huh?

So about this band camp thing. It's pretty much all day FUN! By fun, I mean... Passive torture. They don't really pull the knives and stretching machines on us. Just the drill charts and the constant heat and marching. =D You know, fun stuff. I musn't complain about band camp, though. It really is a good time. Once you get over the constant sweat and discomfort. Like we have this thing called, "forced fun" in which we.. er... have fun... but it's forced. Kinda defeats the purpose. But hey, if the shoe fits.... (definetely don't sell it!) Today all I did was play DDR, because.. Dang, that's a really good game. I realize some people may think it is a dumb game, but they're wrong all wrong wrong wrong!

Yeah, so band camp starts at 8 in the morning, meaning I have to get up (at the latest) 7:30. It is now about 1 in the morning. I just have a bad feeling about marching and sleeping... with a bass drum. These things weigh about 40 pounds. I looked it up once when I was bored... So yeah. If I fell asleep I'd pretty much fall over and break something, most likely the drum. Did I say that not only do they weight about 40 pounds.... They cost more than I can afford (haven't gotten around to lookin' that one up yet!) Okay, so I looked it up. About 500 friggin' dollars. Yeah, No way I could pay for that. So I'm gonna go to bed now.
